Magnesium itself supports electrolyte balance, the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Although Magnesium can be obtained through dietary sources, modern diets with higher levels of processed foods are less likely to contain sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals. With 300mg of magnesium per capsule, this supplement is an easy way to increase magnesium intake in order to support optimal wellbeing.
In this vegan formulation, magnesium is provided in three different forms: oxide, citrate and bisglycinate in order to deliver the most effective high-strength dose in a bioavailable form.
