What you will need

4 handfuls of spinach
1/3 of red onion
4 Medjool dates
sprinkle of seeds (any)
5 Brazil Nuts
Sprinkle with pinenuts
1/3 of Violife Greek cheese, sliced into cubes
(our non vegan friends can use grilled halloumi instead)


Handful of blueberries
1/2 teaspoon mustard
teaspoon of agave
Tablespoon of olive oil
Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
